The firm now known as Nicol Denvir Purnell was established in September 1987 and we are celebrating over 30 years of providing advice and representation to our many clients.

In that time we have built an enviable reputation, striving to deliver an excellent service.

In November 2018 we were named by the prestigeous Lexis Nexus awards as the Best Family Law Firm in Wales.

We are consistently rated in the top band of Family / Matrimonial firms in Wales in the Chambers and Partners directory of law firms.

Our solicitors have over 200 years of experience between them and we have solicitors who are on The Law Society's Children Panel, representing children, parents and other family members in Children Act proceedings.

We also have solicitors who are accredited specialists by The Law Society and Resolution with particular emphasis on financial provision, children matters and domestic violence.

If you are not eligible for legal aid we can offer flexible charging rates and, for family law matters, offer a first interview and advice letter for a fee of ?120.00.

As well as providing assistance in divorce proceedings at court we also offer collaborative law which provides an alternative that is quickly being recognised as a better way to deal with relationship breakdown, leading to more client focused outcomes.
