Since 2006, Marks & Evans, P.C. (formerly, Marks & Associates) has focused its legal practice on equipment leasing and finance. Barry Marks, our founding shareholder, has been active in this unique area of law since 1976. Our lawyers have experience financing virtually every type of equipment in the small ticket, middle market and large ticket segments of the industry. We are familiar with most if not all commonly used financing structures, including single investor and leveraged leases as well as leases intended as security, equipment finance agreements and straight lending.
