A Little About Us
The team at The Injury Law Firm worked together for over 15 years at the former firm of Krause, Moorhead and Draisen before opening The Injury Law Firm in January 2020. Daniel has been practicing law in the Upstate of SC since 1998 and specializes in all forms of injury litigation, construction and real estate litigation, and probate litigation.
Kathy started her career in law in 1979 with the distinguished V. Laniel Chapman, Esq., and then moved on to work at Hite and Stone in Abbeville, SC before joining Krause, Moorhead and Draisen. Daniel says of Kathy, "There is simply nothing this lady cannot do and do well. She is my right hand. I would be lost without her."
Sommer worked in bookkeeping at a law office before joining Krause, Moorhead and Draisen, and is an essential part of the team at The Injury Law Firm handling all billing, accounting, and payroll. Sommer is also the pleasant voice you will likely hear answering the phone, and the smiling face you will see when coming to the office.
