A 1983 graduate of the New England School of Law, Mark B. Morse is a longstanding leader in the legal profession in Rhode Island. Mark is the former president of the RI Trial Lawyers Association (now RI Association for Justice), and Co-Editor of the award-winning publication, "A Practical Guide to Discovery and Depositions in Rhode Island." He has argued cases before courts at virtually every level in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including the Rhode Island Supreme Court, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.
