Robert W. Kerpsack is the principal shareholder in the Columbus, Ohio law firm of Robert W. Kerpsack Co., L.P.A. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University. He is Graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is recognized as an "Advocate" by the National College of Advocacy.
He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Bob has served as the chairperson of the Insurance Law Sections of the Ohio Association for Justice and of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He has also served as the Ohio Delegate to ATLA's Board of Governors.
Bob is a frequent author and speaker on continuing legal education topics ranging from insurance law and unfair consumer practices.
