The Law Office of David H. Williams represents everyday people who have suffered harm and losses as a result of company negligence due to defective products as well as drug or medical devices that either evaded FDA scrutiny or have been recalled. I also represent people and family members who have been victims of plane crashes, tractor-trailer accidents and other acts of personal or corporate negligence, greed or intentional conduct causing harm to citizens.
