Our transactional work focuses on the needs of financial services entities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, critical vendor and other third-party relationships/agreements, financings, SEC reporting, corporate and board governance, and the acquisition and disposition of loans, servicing rights, and distressed assets.
