The founder and managing partner, Brad Ross-Shannon, is entering his 35th year of practice, all of which have been devoted to defending insurance companies and their insureds. Mr. Ross-Shannon has tried over 125 civil jury trials to verdict with an 89% success rate. Mr. Ross-Shannon is an AV rated lawyer, an elected "Super Lawyer", and since 2001 has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
