After years of practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, David Sher and Mark Cummings formed Sher & Cummings in 1983. In 2003, Mr. Sher and Mr. Cummings were joined by John Ellis, a renowned medical malpractice attorney, and the firm changed its name to Sher, Cummings and Ellis.
