The firm also handles a substantial number of cases for all clients in both State and Federal trial and appellate courts in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C. In addition, the firm has represented management in certain employment matters which do not involve unions, including discrimination cases and enforcing and opposing restrictive covenants. The firm also drafts and reviews employee manuals, severance agreements, and similar employment related documents.

The firm regularly represents ERISA funds before the Internal Revenue Service and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. We also represent clients in connection with matters before the EEOC, the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, the New York Division of Human Rights, the New Jersey and United States Departments of Labor, the Public Employment Relations Commission, and the Office of Administrative Law.
