All attorneys in the firm are qualified mediators under New Jersey Court Rule 1:40, serving as court appointed as well as privately chosen mediators to assist parties in resolving conflicts without judicial intervention.

Practicing in State and Federal Courts primarily in New Jersey, our lawyers are admitted to practice and do take specialized assignments in New York and Massachusetts as well as other jurisdictions, on a pro hac vice basis, where our clients require service.

Maurice C. Brigadier, who taught the principal bar review course in New Jersey through 1979, established the firm in 1923 in Jersey City, N.J. Still located there, the firm is in the heart of Exchange Place, overlooking the Hudson River and New York Harbor.

Our firm has continued to flourish and has developed a practice devoted to handling complex litigation and sophisticated appeals, transaction and development issues as well as mediation and arbitration matters.
