Rajan & Rajan, LLP traces its beginnings to the firm of Rajan & Perry, co-founded in 1981 by Paul R. Rajan. This two-attorney law firm successfully served the legal community in various legal matters. When the law firm of Rajan & Perry was dissolved, Paul R. Rajan became a solo attorney and continued to represent the community and build a successful and well-reputed law firm. Being actively involved allowed Paul R. Rajan to become a pillar in New Jersey's legal community. Paul R. Rajan progressed from being a solo attorney and formed Paul R. Rajan & Associates. In 2003, his son Mahesh Rajan joined the firm and with their joint vision, built Rajan & Rajan, LLP which is now a mid-sized law firm committed to quality and exceptional service. The Firm has stayed true to its original general practice model servicing multiple needs of its clients in various practices of law but it has also gained the value of specialization through its respective attorneys who individually concentrate in legal practices to give our clients the benefits of small firm values with large firm expertise.
