The principals of Feinberg, Campbell & Zack, P.C. have been in practice as a firm since 1987 representing a wide variety of labor unions and their members. The firm's clients include Teamster, Bricklayer, Police and Firefighter local unions as well as several Longshoremen locals and other unions. We provide our clients with advice on grievances, negotiations, arbitrations and unfair labor cases before the Mass. Department of Labor Relations and the National Labor Relations Board. We have expertise on rules governing organizing and elections, on protecting and asserting rights under federal and state labor laws, on governance and administration issues, drafting and interpreting union constitutions and bylaws, and addressing DOL audits and other regulatory concerns.

In addition, the firm advises many multi-employer Taft-Hartley benefits funds both large and small including pension, apprenticeship, annuity, health and welfare, disability and legal service funds. We counsel Trustees and administrators with regard to rights and obligations under current federal labor laws including fiduciary duty, ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations and audits. We assist our clients in diverse matters such as the development and review of plan governing documents, Trustee expense policies, plan mergers and amendments, delinquency and subrogation policies. Also, we represent funds in litigating ERISA collection actions, bankruptcies and withdrawal liability matters in arbitrations and in federal courts.

The firm represents workers in workers' compensation, motor vehicle accident, personal injury, social security and state disability cases. We have had success in winning cases and negotiating fair and generous settlements at the Department of Industrial Accidents and Superior Court.
