Craig R. Carver focuses on representing companies involved in extraction, transportation, and marketing of oil, gas, and other natural resources. Craig has extensive arbitration and trial experience in complex cases in federal and state courts, from take-or-pay and natural gas purchase and transportation issues to operational, royalty and other leasehold disputes, valuation, and environmental issues. He was the 2007-2008 president of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Jeffrey W. Schwarz focuses on environmental issues relating to the minerals extraction industry, oil and natural gas industry, utilities, manufacturing, and chemical operations. Jeff has extensive knowledge of and experience with the federal Clean Air Act (and states' implementation of the Act), Sections 402 and 404 of the Clean Water Act (including stream and riparian habitat restoration), National Environmental Policy Act, Resource Conservation Recovery Act, petroleum storage tank regulation (including SPCC planning and implementation), the Endangered Species Act, the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, and various state remediation programs. In addition, Jeff assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of real estate, land use and permitting issues.

Stewart McNab has been practicing civil litigation since 1985, assisting clients with legal disputes involving product liability, UCC warranties, contract disputes, common law claims for environmental contamination, water well contamination, insurance disputes, employment contract litigation, construction delays, covenant violations, professional malpractice, lender liability, collections, foreclosure and receivership.

Christopher M. Kamper represents energy and mining clients with litigation, dispute resolution and permit processes. Chris is also an experienced transaction attorney with expertise in the business opportunities and challenges in the mineral and energy industries. He handles surface use agreements, supplier contracts, litigation of commercial disputes, royalty issues, environmental due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions.

Peter Forbes has been lead counsel in dozens of trials, arbitrations and appeals in Colorado and other jurisdictions, including New York, California, Virginia, Maryland, Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Delaware and the District of Columbia. His practice spans the gamut of commercial disputes, including natural resources litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, professional negligence, fiduciary misconduct, trusts and estates, unfair competition, debtor-creditor disputes, and public finance matters.
