The firm was founded by Howard Schiff in 1958 and remains headquartered in East Hartford, Connecticut. The firm was incorporated as a Professional Corporation in 1977. The firm's practice is dedicated to consumer legal collections throughout the six state New England region. Quarterly training and periodic testing of the collection staff insures that these areas receive the attention they deserve and satisfy due diligence requirements as well. In addition, all staff with the office are annually trained and tested regarding these substantive laws as well to best ensure a firm-wide culture of compliance.
