Advice to law firm management: Stop giving the older partners so much money and devote your resources to hiring young talent. There's a reason that nearly 20 attorneys left the firm in 2022. You don't pay them enough, you don't mention of them enough, you don't value support staff the way you ought to. It's time for a dinosaur call.

Pros: The insurance is very good, you pay very little for out-of-pocket medical expenses.

Cons: The pay is extremely low. No matter how hard you work, how dedicated you are, how high the quality of your work, this firm plays favorites. You will be kicked out the door in order for someone less qualified and cheaper to take over your position. The firm is top heavy with older employees, making a fortune and not allowing younger employees any autonomy. Horrible place to work. Old fashioned and out of date. Greedy, older employees, hog the files and money for themselves and don't promote new talents. So sad.

Favorite Things About this Firm: The medical insurance is very good.
