Indiana Estate & Elder Law was founded in 2001, by Susan Hunter as Hunter Law Office and most recently, Hunter Estate & Elder Law. In the last 20 years, the firm has helped countless clients plan and navigate the challenging world of estate law and elder law.
Today, the firm is co-owned by attorneys and partners, Jennifer Rozelle and Justin Schuhmacher while Susan Hunter serves in an of-counsel or oversight capacity without direct client interactions.
Headquartered in Fishers, Ind., Indiana Estate & Elder Law was founded with the expectation that clients are to be treated as though they themselves are family of the firm's employees. This underlying objective has been central to all future missions and visions of the business.
A milestone year occurred in 2021 as Indiana Estate & Elder Law celebrated 20 years of operation. In 2019, the satellite office in Rockville, Ind., celebrated 10 years of business while the newest satellite office in Wabash, Ind., opened days before the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown much of the state of Indiana.
