In Lancashire, we have offices in Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool and the Fylde, our Kendal office serves our clients in Cumbria and in Merseyside we have offices in Southport and Liverpool.

About Our Organisation

Napthens' Executive Board is responsible for planning and directing Napthens' future strategy.

The firm's current strategic plan is in place to take Napthens forward to 2020 with a Vision to inspire through passion, commitment and innovation. Alongside our CEO Shru Morris, the Board incorporates Partners Keith Melling, and Chris Boyle as well as HR and Operations Director, Nicola Mason.

The Executive is supported by a senior management team comprising Marketing, IT and Compliance specialists who manage day to day operational activity.
