We are unique. Two of our most senior specialists, Mehmooda Duke MBE and Krishna Kotecha started their Clinical Negligence careers working for three of the leading defence firms in the country. They defended major hospitals and medical professionals both in London and in the regions.
In addition, Mehmooda has acted for GPs whilst working for the MDU (Medical Defence Union) and she was head of the Legal Department at a major Hospital Trust.
