A significant portion of our practice is dedicated to counseling clients with regard to policy drafting and the scope of different insurance products. The depth of experience and knowledge of our attorneys extends broadly across first and third party lines of insurance, with emphasis on general liability, property loss and damage, marine liability-protection and indemnity, hull and machinery, and professional liability (errors and omissions) policies, as well as insurance agent and broker liabilities, and bad faith.
