After nearly two decades of honing his litigation skills, Arthur Liss founded the practice in 1991. Liss focused on what he considered the most meaningful and impactful disputes: cases involving catastrophic lifelong injuries, with enormous and often life-changing consequences.

Liss was joined by Karen Seder-who started as a law clerk with the firm and has subsequently distinguished herself as one of the foremost strategists of no-fault automobile litigation-and Nicholas Andrews, whose extensive and impressive track record in automobile and insurance law includes numerous jury trials in both State and Federal courts.
