Meet Attorney Marlene Eskind Moses

Marlene Eskind Moses, manager of MTR Family Law, PLLC, has long been recognized in Tennessee as an outstanding family law practitioner. She has received an AV Preeminent rating, the highest available, by Martindale Hubbell. She is Board certified as a Family Law Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of Family Law. Since 2007, Attorney Eskind Moses has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Mid-South Super Lawyer.

Attorney Eskind Moses is a certified Fellow and past president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) having met the stringent requirements of the AAML. She is one of only 100 members across the country who was selected as a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers where she serves as Secretary and is on its Executive Committee. Attorney Eskind Moses serves as the Vice-President of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is past President of the US Chapter of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. She is currently President Elect of the International Academy of Family Lawyers global organization.
