Blanchard E. Tual received his B.A. from the University of Florida, his J. D. from the University of Tennessee and his M. A. (History) from Memphis State University. Mr. Tual has a long history of service in both his professional and civic circles, serving as President of the Memphis Bar Association in 1994 and of the Young Lawyers Division in 1977. Mr. Tual is a member of the Memphis Bar, the Tennessee Bar and the American Bar Associations, as well as the Lawyers Journal Club. Mr. Tual has served as President of many civic organizations throughout his career, including the University of Memphis Alumni Association, the Memphis & Shelby County Film Tape and Television Commission, the Barksdale Boys Club, the Samuelson Boys Club and the Porter Leath Home for Children. Mr. Tual is currently serving as a Board of Director for Metropolitan Interfaith Association and is the President of the Levitt Shell. Mr. Tual frequently lectures on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Mr. Tual has recently been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 edition of the Best Lawyers in America in the specialties of Trusts and Estates and as Super Lawyers for 2012. Mr. Tual was named by Best Lawyers to be the Best Lawyer in Memphis in reference to Trust and Estate Litigation. Mr. Tual's practice concentrates on estate planning, estate administration and general business and corporate law.
