TLF has started its business at the end of the Eighties decade under the management of Mr. Mohammed Al-Twaijri, the founding lawyer, through an office located in Kuwait City. By mid-Nineties, TLF team has developed by recruiting professional colleagues specialized in various areas of law. Back then, Al-Twaijri - Partners Law Firm adopted the English three-letter-acronym (TLF). TLF started by representing a number of local and international corporations and since then has continued to expand till the number of our team of administrative and consulting staff has reached more than (180) employee currently.
The increasing activity of TLF in the field of legal services has necessitated the opening of another branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Thus, a branch office was established in Bahrain eight years ago, making TLF the first Kuwaiti Law Firm to open a branch in Bahrain without any of its founders being a Bahraini partner. As part of the efforts to meet the requirements of our reputable clients, TLF has already proceeded with the establishment of another branch office in A.R.E and we are sparing no effort to overcome the obstacles in order to open other branches in the GGC Countries (K.S.A., Qatar, U.A.E. and the Sultanate of Oman).
TLF pleads before all the Kuwaiti courts with their different levels, and represents its clients in administrative, civil, commercial and penal disputes, as well as all other areas of Law. Furthermore, TLF provides legal consultations to its corporate clients of various businesses (national and international) inside and outside the State of Kuwait. TLF also provides special consultations to many banks, investment and finance companies and representing them in actions filed by or against them.
