With the same principles and ideals with which his father founded a prestigious Law Firm in 1912, Dr. Jos? Maria S?enz Valiente laid the foundations for S?ENZ VALIENTE & ASOCIADOS in 1946. At that time, the protective laws of work activity and created in Argentina the Labor Law Courts. It was then that Dr. S?enz Valiente, in order to provide a business assistance service on labor issues, began his important career in Argentine law.

Through its relationship with the Argentine Industrial Union, the Firm has since represented multiple companies and national and foreign entities in matters of labor law and social security. In the automotive area, for more than 25 years, as an active participant in commercial and tax advice through the Association of Concessionaires of the Argentine Republic (ACARA), Dr. S?enz Valiente was a defender of the rights of dealers against the terminals.

From then on, the Firm expanded its profile by expanding the field of legal service provision, incorporating specialists in administrative law, foreign investment and tax matters.

Dr. Jos? Maria S?enz Valiente was a renowned jurist, creator of a doctrine that stood out in all areas of the law in which he had to act, both in civil, commercial or labor, fiscal, family or constitutional matters, and within the latter , as defender and undisputed bulwark of press freedom. He established doctrine obtaining jurisprudence from the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in many of the cases he defended, his conferences being highly appreciated both at home and abroad.

His work was perpetuated with the career of his son and the Firm continues to be one of the most important in the country today through the knowledge and successes achieved by its current partners.
