With the July 2009 merger of our IP litigation team and a seasoned patent team, we have taken on a new name to reflect that we now provide a full spectrum of IP legal services, including patent work and IP litigation.

Our IP Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group is led by the pioneers in the field of Chinese IP litigation. Several of our litigators have both law and technology credentials. With our patent expertise and our in-depth knowledge of law and technology, we have successfully handled numerous patent litigations, including precedent-setting cases at every level of the Chinese court system, all the way to the PRC Supreme Court.
