Innovation has played a key role at Eisenfuhr Speiser from the very beginning ? we are pioneers among German IP firms in the digitisation of office processes. We were the first firm of patent attorneys in Germany to implement electronic management of deadlines. Office processes and file management went fully digital in 2011. Since 2014, we have offered our clients the possibility to access electronically their entire IP-related correspondence and thus to reduce greatly their own documentation work. As a 'smart IP office', we foster new ways of working with our clients, speeding up the exchange of documents with the patent offices and courts, while also enhancing the organisation and interaction of the various offices in the firm in a coherent and cohesive manner.
