Attorney Stephen D. Silveri is part of an exclusive class of attorneys in Massachusetts earning certification as a state-licensed Real Estate Instructor. He has regularly served as a frequent lecturer to both attorneys and real estate agents at the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Suffolk University Law School, Greater Boston Association of Realtors, and the Tri-County Board of Realtors where he has lectured about such topics as Real Estate Contracts and Closing Procedures, Short Sales, Career Planning, and Attorney Marketing (more about Speaking Engagements). He has also been a guest on several radio programs including "Talking About the Law" on WCRN and "Money Matters" WRKO where he served as an expert commentator about such topics as Purchase Closings, Refinances, and Short Sales.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with a concentration in Professional Writing and Technical Communication, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After making his mark in the high-technology sector for several years, he then pursued his Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School, initially entering in their evening program. While in law school, he received the coveted "Best Advocate Award" at the National Tax Trial competition in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2007, he was recognized as one of Boston's "brightest lawyers" by the President of the Boston Bar Association and selected to be a part of its prestigious Public Interest Leadership Program (PILP).
As an avid distance runner, and firm believer in giving back to the community, he has completed thirteen full marathons, nine of which were to raise money for such charities as the Children's Hospital (1 race), Special Olympics (1 race), and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (7 races). At the Boston Marathon in 2010, he achieved a ten-year quest of running a fast enough qualifying time to enter the 2011 Boston Marathon as an official race entrant. In 2011, he qualified again for the 2012 race with a personal record time of 3:14:18.

Attorney Jacy L. Wilson is a Partner and co-founder of Silveri & Wilson, LLC. She serves clients all across Massachusetts in the areas of estate planning, probate, and residential real estate. She is a member of the Massachusetts Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, WealthCounsel, Trusts & Estates Consortium, Real Estate Bar Association, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and Frank J. Murray Inn of Court.
She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association and has been actively involved in that organization for many years. Attorney Wilson first served as co-chair of the Social Events Committee for the New Lawyers Section and then as co-chair of the New Lawyers Section itself for a two-year term. Since then, she has served on the Litigation Section's steering committee, the BBA's Strategic Planning Committee, and on a Boston Bar Foundation steering committee which organized a highly successful and now annual fundraising event. In addition, she has frequently lectured on topics aimed at the development of newer lawyers for the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association.
Attorney Wilson previously worked in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP where she focused her practice in the areas of construction law, products liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation. During that time, she co-authored the Massachusetts chapter of the Defense Research Institute publication, "Product Liability Cases and the Duty to Warn: A 50 State Compendium."
She is a graduate of Boston College (B.A., cum laude), Northeastern University (M.S.) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.). After her first year of law school, the faculty selected her out of a highly competitive pool of applicants to be a Teaching Assistant for the first-year legal research and writing course. In that position, she mentored students and taught a weekly class. Prior to graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable John C. Cratsley of the Massachusetts Superior Court and interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, the United States Attorney's Office, and a Boston civil litigation firm. She remains actively involved with Northeastern University School of Law, serving on the board of the law school's Boston Regional Alumni/ae Chapter.
Attorney Wilson is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
