Kapellmann is a legal partnership that combines a high level of specialisation and academic standard in advising its clients with the efficiency of a medium-sized company and individual client care. With about 150 lawyers we work in six offices in Germany as well as in our EU office in Brussels.


Despite our size we think of ourselves as a medium-sized partnership. We place a high value on serving our clients over a long period of time through particular contact persons so that, in the clients' interests, continuity of advice is guaranteed and superfluous work is avoided. The efficiency of our internal processes is ensured through a certification under DIN EN ISO 9001, which we regularly renew. Often clients of many years' standing return to us for advice, a fact that we see as an affirmation of our advisory philosophy.

Since our establishment we have been one of the leading law firms in the construction and real estate sector. Here we regularly support principals and contractors, in particular in major projects in Germany and abroad. We also advise medium-sized companies and larger corporate groups on all questions of commercial law, for example in transactions and in the sphere of corporate compliance. Numerous well-known companies seek our advice in this area.
