Gernandt & Danielsson was founded in 1992 when a group of partners and their colleagues left one of the largest law firms in Sweden at the time to start up a firm of their own. The new firm was relatively small, but quickly acquired work on large, complex and often international matters.

Gernandt & Danielsson provides commercial law advice to large and medium-sized Swedish and global clients. We have acted as adviser in some of the largest and most complex transactions and disputes ever seen in Sweden.

A large proportion of the work performed by Gernandt & Danielsson is international in nature. We have extensive experience of cross-border transactions as well as litigation and arbitration.
