CHRISTIAN TEO & PARTNERS is a dynamic corporate and commercial law firm founded by Christian Teo (SH, LL.M), in 2004, as CHRISTIAN TEO & Associates. Christian Teo was previously a partner with the Indonesian correspondent of an international law firm and has been recognized as the "leading individual" in the IT/Telecoms/Media industry.

The Firm practice was strengthened in 2005 with the arrival of Bill Sullivan (B.Com, LL.B, LL.M, M.Com, MBA, SJD), a former international equity partner of a global law firm. Bill speaks and writes regularly on various aspects of the 2009 Mining Law and, as a licensed foreign advocate, Bill has been instrumental in the continuous development of the Firm's mining and natural resources practice. The Firm is now a leader in advising on the 2009 Mining Law and its implementing regulations.



In January 2011, the Firm adopted its current name when Dini S. Purwono (SH, LL.M), a former partner of a well regarded local law firm, came on board to establish the Firm's securities and capital markets practice.



Commencing in November 2011, the Firm has entered into an association with Stephenson Harwood, an international law firm, which provides a platform to the Firm to launch its international practice.
