The Firm, the project
History

Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo is one of the major national players assisting employers in their employment law issues. For over 90 years, we have been working with companies on every aspect of their employment law, labour law and HR issues, ranging from legal counselling to litigation. We work throughout Italy, from our offices in Milan, Naples, Rome, Bergamo, Brescia, Bologna, Genoa and Varese.

On 1st January 2020, our Firm expanded its services beyond employment law, adding further services that include consultancy employment, the management of human resources and payroll.
Quality culture

Thanks to an efficient internal organisation based on consolidated written materials which organise and render uniform our Firm's production flow at every level our lawyers can work from any of the Firm's eight offices located in Milan, Naples, Rome, Bergamo, Brescia, Bologna, Genoa and Varese, while maintaining the same high standard and following the same processes. In order to guarantee a consistently high standard in our legal practice, our Firm has developed a structured system of internal training and evaluation for our trainees and lawyers in order to keep the Firm's knowledge up-to-date, shared and consistent.

Our Firm's lawyers also participate in specific secondment programmes at our Client's offices and at other Ius Laboris member law firms.

Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo is the Italian member of Ius Laboris, the biggest international organisation of law firms specialising in employment law, which our Firm contributed to founding in 2001. Through Ius Laboris, with over 1,400 lawyers located in 57 countries and more than 165 cities in the world, the Firm offers high quality advice with the maximum knowledge of the local jurisdiction ? event at a global level ? and manages transnational projects, guaranteeing consistency, quality, speed and efficiency.

Clients include many household names as well as multinational companies in all sectors ranging from energy to retail to pharmaceuticals.
Ius Laboris. The world lives here

In 2001, we were one of the five founding members of the global alliance, Ius Laboris, which today constitutes the biggest international organisations of law firms specialised in employment law and human resources management.

The Alliance adopts specific and high quality standards. Furthermore, Ius Laboris fosters the growth of the lawyers belonging to its international team through its training courses of its own University, together with the activities led by the International Expert Groups. While our Firm's Partners participate in the Ius Laboris Univeristy as lecturers, our lawyers attend the University courses, which are divided into Project Management, Legal Knowledge, and Marketing Skills, which all aim to supply participants with the right tools to be able to satisfy the needs of an international clientele.
