In 1993, Thierry Lacourte, a graduate of ESSEC business school and a former notary, and Jean-Claude Balas, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Imp?ts and former tax inspector, founded Lacourte Balas & Associ?s. Joined in 2011 by Jean-Jacques Raquin, former managing partner of a major French law firm with some 30 years of experience and in 2013 by Serge Tatar, Nicolas Jullich and Renaud Rossa, the firm changed its name to Lacourte Raquin Tatar.
