Founded in 2002, Lifang & Partners is a law firm headquartered in Beijing, with regional offices in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Seoul, South Korea. Our legal practice is focused on, but not limited to, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution Services, antitrust and compliance, and Corporate and Commercial law.



Lifang & Partners has a team of over 300 professionals, including:

- More than 60 partners, most of whom have advanced degrees in law, and engineering or science and have the experience of working at the Central Government or Judiciary, or the experience of law practice abroad;

- Over 100 patent attorneys and engineers in various technical fields, around 30 of whom are also qualified lawyers; and

- 20 trademark attorneys.
