Beijing Canway Law Firm founded in 1999 is a partnership law firm established by the laws of China. As a comprehensive law firm, business scope of Canway ranges from corporate M&A, finance and insurance, banking and security, international trade and anti-dumping, real estate and construction, intellectual property, foreign direct investment/cross border M&A, energy and environment, overseas investment, hospitality, litigation and arbitration etc.
Canway has specified practice certificates from State Council, which are but not limited: Certificate to Practice Security Legal Issues, Certificate to coordinate reconstructing system of foreign companies by employee holding shares, Certificate to Practice State Owned Asset Legal Issues. Some of Canway lawyers also have Qualification of Independent Director.
