Founded in 1963 by Mr. Patrikios Pavlou, a Barrister (Gray's Inn, UK) from Limassol, the firm developed into a partnership, Patrikios Pavlou & Co, in the late 1970s. After finishing his studies from prestigious universities in the UK, his son, Mr. Stavros Pavlou returned to Cyprus and joined the company as an associate in 1986 after successfully passing the Cyprus Bar examinations. At the time, only four lawyers were practicing with the firm handling various litigation cases in the Cyprus Courts. Through hard work and dedication, Mr. Stavros Pavlou managed to become the Managing Partner in 1993 and the Senior and Managing Partner in 2002. His passion, commitment and vision for an established law firm with an international culture and global connections led to a steady and successful growth and since July 2010, the law firm has evolved into a new entity, Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC.
