Our firm Avvocati Associati Franzosi Dal Negro Setti was founded in 1963. Its headquarters is in Milan, Via Brera 5.

Due to a cooperation agreement with the law firm Cardi we offer a wide range of services and appreciated assistance in administrative law.

For many years we have been helping clients who intend to start their business in China, due to our expertise developed with reference to this market. Our assistance is addressed also to Italian investors already operating on the Chinese market and to Chinese companies interested in Italian and European markets. More precisely, we offer a day-to-day consultancy and assistance in litigation, especially in intellectual property, business and contract law to those companies that wish to establish or already have their commercial and industrial relationships in China.

Among our lawyers we have experts that handle the Polish desk, offering assistance to Polish clients in Italy and Italian clients in Poland.
