Farnan LLP was founded by Joseph J. Farnan, Jr. after 25 years of active service as a United States District Court Judge for the District of Delaware. Our practice focuses on trying cases in Delaware's Federal and State Courts primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and wrongful death and personal injury claims.
In addition to trying cases, Farnan LLP provides its knowledge and experience as Delaware Counsel to out-of state law firms and corporations involved in Delaware litigation.
