Our activities

We are specialized in employment law through the advisory services and the legal assistance that we provide to companies.

Actance is partnering with large corporations and groups with both a domestic and international footprint, including many listed companies. Our firm also helps midsize companies that wish to expand by adopting a genuine social policy and managing labor-management relations better. The sectors of activity we are involved in include banking, insurance, industry, pharmaceuticals, automotive, chemicals, advertising and the media.

Actance has a strong track record in handling and managing litigation, in particular high-risk disputes and criminal labor law.

The way we carry out assignments

Our mode of organization and our size enable us, whatever the scope and complexities of the issues we are asked to address, to meet the requests for availability and responsiveness necessary to resolve them successfully. Ongoing assistance contracts between Actance and many of its clients are a way of fulfilling clients' demand for a more integrated approach and long-term relationships.
Partenerships

With universities: Actance was chosen as sponsor of the Master 2 degree on the 'Law and practice of Labor Relations ("DPRT") for the year 2011-2012 taught at Paris II (Panth?on-Assas) and Montpellier Universities and of the 2014-2015 Master 2 degree on Employment law Research taught by Paris II (Panth?on-Assas) University.

Foreign firms: Several Actance partners are members of the EELA. Actance has preferred relationships with many renowned foreign law firms specializing in employment law, thus enabling the firm to tackle all types of European and international issues.

Sponsorship : Actance has made a commitment to assist the Alpha Omega Foundation since 2013 and supports the Coup de Pouce and the Entreprendre pour Apprendre associations, through a skills sponsorship program.
