Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana Abogados formed in 2009 as a merger between two groups of lawyers highly experienced in corporate law, litigation, mining and arbitration, with the vision of offering both national and international clients the highest quality professional legal advice based on the core values of commitment, excellence and diversity.
