Melanie L. Glickson founded Glickson Law Firm, LLC after over a decade of practicing labor and employment law and litigation in large Boston-area firms and as an Assistant United States Attorney defending government agencies against employment claims and various torts. Melanie's work in the big firm setting offered her high-quality training and exposure to complex cases on a national level. Litigating cases on behalf of the federal government gave her a wealth of courtroom experience and a keen appreciation for the costs and benefits of litigation.

Armed with this background, Melanie wanted to create a boutique employment law firm in which she could put her training to use for the benefit of both employers and employees, by litigating cases when appropriate and helping clients avoid costly litigation where possible. As the head of her own firm, Melanie enjoys the flexibility of choosing to work with those clients to whom she is able to offer the most help, and the ability to work efficiently to conserve client resources.
