The law firm Baran, Ksi??ek, Bigaj (Baran, Ksi??ek or BKB) was established in 2006 as a continuation of legal practice of an eminent specialist in Polish and European labour law ? prof. dr hab. Andrzej Marian ?wi?tkowski, in partnership with Daniel Ksi??ek, a long-standing legal counselling practitioner in the field of labour law and the firm's founder.
In 2017 we are honoured to be joined by yet another top-class expert, prof. dr hab. Krzysztof W. Baran, an indisputable authority in collective labour law .
Most of the specialists on our team tend to combine their legal practice with academic work at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and other universities in Poland and abroad, thus guaranteeing impeccable quality of the legal services we provide.
