The firm's principal, Tom Cunningham, has over 40 years of experience in trials and arbitration of business cases. Mr. Cunningham began his practice in 1974 at a major international law firm, where he became a senior trial partner. In 1998, Mr. Cunningham established a commercial litigation and arbitration boutique to achieve greater flexibility and independence, and to expand his practice to commercial arbitration.
