Our law firm was founded in 1980 by mr. J. Collar. He is the oldest partner and director of the office. The other partner is mr. DS Collar in1997 which our office came to reinforce after they study Dutch law to have completed in 1995 at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The other lawyers joined our firm are Ms. KJ Collar-Brandon, mr. C.A.F. To Meij and Ms. R. B. Cotino. In 2001, our office obtained the status of a public company. Over the years, our office has a very extensive experience in civil, corporate law, criminal law and constitutional and administrative matters both advisory area and with respect to the conduct of litigation. To our client base includes a significant number of large and medium-sized enterprises (local and foreign) and the Surinamese government. The services we offer our clients range from the giving of legal advice to the conduct of litigation respect a broad range of legal matters.
