ADVOCACIA ROCHA BAPTISTA is a law firm established according to the terms of the Brazilian Statute of the Practice of the Law (Law No. 8.906/94) and registered before the Brazilian Bar Association ? Rio Grande do Sul State (RS) Section under No. 3.236.

Our office was founded in 2007 in the port city of Rio Grande (RS), primarily to assist ship-owners, insurers and agents, besides assisting importers, exporters and freight forwarders of goods carried over Brazilian ports.

With the establishment of shipbuilding and energy industries in the Rio Grande do Sul State, as well as the arrival of foreign companies, the demand for specialized legal services has emerged in such economic sectors. We were pioneers on legal assistance to large ventures, such as the construction of one of the biggest shipyards in Latin America; besides that, we are accredited as providers for legal services to PETROBRAS.

We are a dynamic and modern firm, managed within the best business practices and committed with a policy of quality and excellence management. We render customized, uncomplicated and efficient services at competitive rates.
