If you were looking to be paid what you were worth, you didn't have to worry about not getting paid enough working here.They offered comprehensive benefits packages that include a 401k match and PTO that started accruing on your first day of work.It was a challenging work environment that would push you outside of your comfort zone and stretch you to become the best possible version of yourself, both professionally and personally.Like I said, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but that's mine. I've worked at two other firms before coming to work at Houser & Allison so I have something to compare my experience to and I think when an opinion comes from a place of experience it can and should hold more weight than those whose opinions come from a place of pure subjective conjecture.ConsIn comparison, Houser & Allision is the superior firm and I have no complaints.
