KP Law, P.C. is a mid-size Massachusetts law firm that provides a comprehensive range of legal services to both public and private sector clients. With nearly 50 attorneys and five offices located in Boston, Hyannis, Lenox, Northampton and Worcester, the firm specializes in the practice of municipal law, representing over one-third of the cities and towns in the Commonwealth as their City Solicitor or Town Counsel. In addition, special counsel services are provided to over one hundred additional cities, towns, special districts, housing authorities and state agencies. The firm is also experienced in representing regional transit authorities, offering a scope of services in multiple areas including labor and employment, contracts, real estate and land use, environmental issues, construction, and litigation. The team of trial attorneys has successfully represented both public and private clients in every trial court in the Commonwealth, at all levels of appellate practice in both state and federal courts, and before administrative boards and agencies. In addition, KP Law also provides legal services in other areas such as real estate, labor and employment, and commercial litigation. KP Law has a staff of talented and dedicated attorneys and support personnel, and is committed to providing the highest level of legal representation to its clients. Operating for over four decades under several names, and for the last 34 years as Kopelman and Paige, P.C., the firm is now KP Law, P.C. Its co-founders, Leonard Kopelman and Donald Paige, are acknowledged for their contributions. Sadly, Donald Paige passed away in 2016 and Leonard Kopelman no longer practices with KP Law, P.C.
