Additionally, utilizing the collaborative process allows our clients to fashion a settlement with their partner without the threat of litigation. Phyllis Bossin is also a trained mediator herself, including specialized training in international family law mediation, as well as a trained arbitrator. She believes strongly that all of these alternative dispute resolution methods are the optimal way to resolve family law issues.
