Mr. Allen provides his clients with over thirty-five (35) years of successful civil litigation throughout Central and Northern California. Over the past two decades he has obtained significant six and seven figure settlement and trial awards in the areas of trust and probate litigation, inheritance disputes, fraud, undue influence and breach of fiduciary duty, physical and financial elder abuse/wrongful death and numerous real-estate related issues. He has also successfully counseled and defended Trustees and other fiduciaries threatened with or involved in litigation.

Mr. Allen and his staff focus on a personalized, one-on-one relationship, with limited case-load and no associate training on client's cases. The client's needs and objectives are given top priority.

Providing services on both an hourly fee and contingency basis, Mr. Allen is often referred cases by estate planning and trust administration attorneys as well as other general practitioners. He has successfully represented Trustees and Executors in their separate administrative and beneficiary capacities, as well as co-trustees, estate creditors, former spouses/partners, omitted heirs and beneficiaries whose inheritance was altered in last-minute or "deathbed" amendments.

Mr. Allen receives referrals for real estate matters related to trusts and estates, including provisional remedies and attachments, lis pendens, partition and sale actions, accountings, title and eviction issues, trespass and damages as well as post-judgment liens and execution.

Mr. Allen is a member of the State Bar of California Trusts & Estates Section, the Sonoma County Bar Association (Member of Real Property and Trust & Estate sections), the Sonoma County Lawyer's Referral Panel and past litigation counsel for the world's largest Shopping Center Developer, Westfield International. A graduate of Tulane University, cum laude, Mr. Allen graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1980. During law school Mr. Allen clerked with the US Attorney's Office at the Department of Justice. Following law school he became an associate and then full equity shareholder in one of San Francisco's oldest AV rated firms. He relocated his practice to Sonoma County in 1999. He is admitted to the Northern and Central Federal District Courts, as well as all California County courts of law. His reported cases include Northwest Administrators v. BV & BR CA9 (813 F2d 223) appellate attorney; Strebel v. Brenlar Investments (135 Cal. App. 4th 740) trial and appellate attorney; and Bellows v. Bellows (2011) 196 CA 4th 505, trial attorney.
