Our story starts in 1983, when our doors were opened in the warm surroundings of Dalton, Georgia. In those days, we had only 5 full-time staff members, but the vision of Tom Minor III was the same in those days as it is now ? deliver incredible legal results with the highest level of personal and professional care.

Fast-forward to the present day, and The Minor Firm has come quite a long way. From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a team of 13 lawyers, specializing in fields as far-reaching and broad as Litigation, Real Estate Law, Healthcare Law, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Municipal Law, Human Resources Law and Business Law, and between our team we now bring more than 200 years of combined experience to the table.
